明显拿着没通过的C38说事，连CIC发布的继续审理的要求都不顾了。

家在北京的尽快联系一下派出所，申请抗议。不同意就算了，反正询问一下也不会招惹麻烦。

昨天已经转了，TIM回复 It is, indeed, useful.
不过也不能只靠律师，准备继续写信质问北京方面，最新的指导说明是要在法案通过前继续审理，他们还讲不讲一点法律和信用。大家也继续邮件轰炸吧！
