Online application reference number是什么？

大约两个月前我寄出了团聚申请，至今没有AR1。
前几天我们给CIC打了电话，今天收到他们的回信，要求提供以下信息才能帮我们查询：

其中7和8我不是很明白。
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]7. Client ID Number是什么？ 我们至今没有收到AR1，所以不知道UCI，不知道FN。那么Client ID Number是哪个？[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]8. [/FONT]Online application reference number是什么？
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]这个词好像从来没有听说过。[/FONT]

I still think you called them too early. Online reference number is a series of number they issued as identical number of your application. You haven’t received a confirmation letter saying when they received your application, so you don’t have this “File number” yet.

You see most people posting in the forum are talking about UCI and FN. UCI “unique client number”. FN ”file number”. I have to be honest that you will hear nothing from CIC because you haven’t even got to the point that the sponsorship being approved. You can expect to look up your case online once they approve the sponsorship. Don’t think about bothering CIC before this stage. You won’t get any response.

P.S.Sorry, I can’t type Chinese on this computer.

so online application reference number means UCI, FN which we can check the status on the website? unfortunately I don't have any of them yet.
