请问买房后还可以oasp贷款么

我刚完成网上申报程序，整个网上申报的选项中没有房产这一项。asset一项中，提示不包括房产。去学校问过，确定不用填写房产。

我倒也是有类似的疑问：以前没有房产，如果在领OSAP的期间买房，可不可以呢？

个人自住的房子没有问题，无论是之前买还是之后买。

用于投资的房子就不行，算作other asset，也就是你的其他可以变成钱的资产。

OSAP官网里，提示是

Other Assets

Identify the total value of all other financial assets, including:

• bonds, term deposits, GICs;
• mutual funds;
• real estate (excluding your primary residence);
• boats or aircrafts; and

额，我再问下，买房时至少你的首付是银行里有的，应该不是全现金吧，那么申请OSAP的时候，我记得有人说过是要check你六个月以内的银行账户的（参见这里 http://forum.iask.ca/showthread.php?t=36156），这样的话是不是申请不到多少钱啊？

车子无论何种方式购买或者lease，均影响贷款。个人5000元以下不影响，家庭1万元不影响。
