驾照过期，还可以更新吗？

各位大侠，我的温哥华驾照于今年7月底即将过期。人在国内，短期内不能回温哥华。问题：如果驾照过期，过期多久就不能更新了呢，有知道的朋友告知一下，谢谢。

真不知道有这一说. 我家人的 过期两年多RENEW了, 一个朋友回国N年了, 前年来这儿出差时也RENEW了.不过,谢谢提醒

renew your licence at any driver licensing office. You will not necessarily need to be re-tested. You will need to bring with you:

• one piece of primary and one piece of secondary identification, and
• the renewal fee of $75.

Once the renewal fee is paid, we'll take a new photo of you. You will receive a temporary paper licence until your new photo licence gets to you in the mail.
