Star Solutions is a leading supplier of mobile wireless infrastructure solutions currently looking for individuals with experience in In-Building coverage.
The individual should have good working knowledge of the product line, applications, deployment scenarios, market and competitive landscape.
As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for DAS and RF Repeater product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with customer and sales team to define project and customer requirements
• Prepare customer presentations, responses and proposals
• Work closely with R&D and International Sales teams, as well as technology partners
• Develop specific product requirements through competitive analysis and interaction with customers, R&D and sales organizations
• Develop and maintain pricing, marketing material and sales collateral for internal and external channels
• Provide pre and post sales support in conjunction with regional sales teams
• Drive product forecast in conjunction with regional sales teams
Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years technical experience in the wireless industry.
• Working knowledge with DAS and RF Repeater product lines
• Proven cross-functional leadership capabilities, with experience interfacing with Sales and R&D organizations
• Ability to interact effectively within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial global organization
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• Experience in managing multiple projects and vendor relations
• Resourceful and self-motivated
• Chinese language fluency is an asset
