请教：关于入籍的语言能力证明，当地CCLC做的语言评估是否适用呢

很快就要递交入籍申请了，关于语言能力证明，想请教有经验的朋友：

我在登陆安省时，在当地CCLC（cross -culture learner centre)做了assessment，当时listening, speaking, writing都在7分以上。因此也就没有上任何的LINC课程，这几年一直在大学做博士后，也没有参加雅思等考试，目前最为不确定的是，3年前的cclc language assessment 能否作为入籍的语言能力证明呢?

CIC网站有一句“Initial placement tests by a LINC/CLIC assessment centre are not accepted as proof of achieving CLB/NCLC 4 in speaking and listening. Applicants must have completed a LINC/CLIC course at the necessary level of language ability to prove that they have adequate knowledge of English or French.”不知道是否就否定了作为证明的合规性。假设不符合要求，而我又不想去考雅思，有什么短期就能开具的语言证明么？

2. Proof of completion of secondary or post-secondary education in French or English includes:
A diploma or transcripts from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating the successful completion of a program, in Canada or abroad. or
A diploma or certificate from a secondary or post-secondary school indicating successful graduation, in Canada or abroad.
Note: A single course done in English or French does not meet the requirement .
