An interview concerning your application for permanent residence in Canada has been scheduled for you at the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong on:
DATE: December 04, 2013 TIME: 9:30 am
Your sponsor must be available for a possible phone interview at the same time that your interview is being held in Hong Kong (your sponsor should verify the local time in his/her province of residence in Canada which corresponds to the Hong Kong Time which has been scheduled for your interview). Please provide us with a residential phone number and address for your sponsor at the interview. Not all sponsors will be contacted as it may not be necessary. If your sponsor is in Hong Kong, Macao or mainland China, he/she may accompany you to the interview.
On the day of your interview, please report to the receptionist on the 12th floor Tower One, Exchange Square and take a ticket. When your ticket number is called, you will be asked to present this letter along with your passport or another form of identification. There may be a waiting period between the time the interview is scheduled and the time you are actually seen on the day of your interview. We ask that you do not bring young children with you on the day of the interview.
The Immigration Section of the Canadian Consulate General in Hong Kong conducts interviews in English and French ONLY. Applicants who require an interpreter must engage the services of a qualified professional interpreter. Should you come to interview without a qualified interpreter; the interview will be rescheduled, leading to processing delays. Please refer to the Interpreter Information section below for additional details.
NOTE: If you are unable to keep the above appointment, you must inform us immediately. If you do not attend your interview and if we do not hear from you your application may be refused for failure to comply with the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

DOCUMENTS TO BRING TO INTERVIEW:
> Original individual passports for yourself and each family member included in the application (if applicable), regardless of age;
> Documentary evidence of your Sponsor’s current employment and/or ability to support you financially – Notice of Income Assessment, T4s, pay slips, letters of employment, etc.;
You must also bring originals or certified true copies of the following documents for each person included in your application together with certified translations into English or French. It is not necessary to bring documents that are not applicable to your application or that you have already submitted with the original application:
> Documentary evidence that establishes your relationship to your sponsor and each of your dependants' relationship to you - Birth, death, marriage, and/or divorce document(s) such as court judgement, petition, divorce certificate, annulment or legal separation court orders for you and/or your sponsor;
> Family household register(s) "HUKOUBU" of all family members. (PRC and Taiwan applicants);
> If sponsored by your husband, wife, common-law or conjugal partner, bring your engagement and wedding photographs and wedding invitation cards, if available. Also bring all evidence of communication with your sponsor, e.g. letters, telephone bills. Telephone calling cards are not acceptable proof. For such cards you must provide the record issued by the telephone company of calls made with those cards;
> If sponsored by your husband, wife, common-law or conjugal partner, bring copies of all pages of former and current passports for your Sponsor showing visits. Also bring air tickets/boarding cards.
> In the case of dependent students older than 21, complete transcripts for every semester since the age of 21 and certified copies of post secondary diplomas and/or degrees completed. Letters from the institution attesting to continuous enrollment are NOT sufficient.
> Custody order for any dependants under the age of 18 from any previous relationships.
> Original adoption certificate issued by the District Court of Hong Kong / the People’s Government of the Civil Administration for any person on the application who has been adopted as well as all evidence of contact from the adoptive parent(s), e.g., cards / letters, photographs, telephone bills.

1,我的担保人也要一起去吗?
2,担保人在读成人高中英语,没有工作,俺是魁省团聚,上面没有要求有收入证明,我该怎么办?
3,上面提到户口本(hukoubu)带原件?翻译的?
4,要求我提供担保人访问我的飞机票登记牌,之前邮寄过去了。。。怎么办?
5,翻译员怎么找?用邮件上面移民局推荐的翻译么(我也没有啥认识的)?价格是如何的?怎么联系?提前联系么?

户口本拿去公证,翻译港币4000-4500,随便找一家都可以,要提前联系,发邮件给他们或打电话

面签你的时候,你寄去的所有文件都会在他面前,信上不是说你的担保人如果在香港,澳门或大陆就要陪你去,如果在加拿大,你要提供你担保人的电话,并且保证在面签你时能够打通他电话,有时候可能会打电话问他,也有可能不打。户口,无犯罪记录等都要公证,不过不一定看。翻译费2011年时是3000多港币,信上有提供的翻译公司的翻译员的电话,你要先交钱,在你去香港前打个电话给翻译,约好什么时间见面,一般在你面试前的15分钟跟你碰头。

北京面试,大使馆提供“免费翻译”。
香港面试,需要从大使馆推荐的翻译中花钱雇。
