未来补材料的朋友可能的话尽量不要转香港

CIC网站的那个处理速度根本不对。

可能两三年前香港很快，但是现在巨慢无比，能把父母办supervisa过来住够１年的朋友千万要下手，能在加拿大境内办理的话能快很多。
这就跟CEC一个意思，刚开始特快，现在拖的不行。

这个帖子的朋友12年9月转香港的，刚让体检和寄护照，这都等不止1年了

我2013-10-11转过去的，至今没消息，发email问就让我等着，同批人都landing了。

发过２个email得到的答案是

我们还能决定往哪里寄补料的么？

这是申请人决定的么？想转哪儿就转哪儿？

香港只受理国内部分地区的sponsorship case
北京受理所有地区的
在国外居住时间够的话，可以就近递

选择转去哪个领事馆是递交担保申请时就填好了，如今5000份完整申请都交上去了，还没有填表的现在也不能递交了...... 除非以后能改领事馆。如果有人知道怎么改，请告知。

选择转去哪个领事馆是递交担保申请时就填好了，如今5000份完整申请都交上去了，还没有填表的现在也不能递交了...... 除非以后能改领事馆。如果有人知道怎么改，请告知。

我的担保通过信上有这么一句话：转到香港是根据我父母的居住地以及后面那个act。由于我的申请提交时间已经太长太长了，所以我已经完全想不起来当初是怎么填的了

LZ的意思是说, 如果父母已经在加拿大境内居住超过一年, 就会由加拿大境内的移民办公室处理申请. 避免申请被转去北京/香港.
香港处理的很慢,据说是因为香港领事馆的移民额度很少.

nope，同批转香港的都没处理，转其他visa office的都处理甚至landing了。
此外12年就转香港的，最近才发ME更加证实了他们的缓慢
