Shaw、CIK用户，有用126信箱的吗？能打开吗？

满怀希望地期待了半天，收到的却是：We have a lot of customers in west coast using Shaw and some of them might use 126 but we do not hear any general issue. the most possible issue is 126 mail box they blocked our IP or it might be computer issue.


我的回复：帖子里还有2家，也打不开。我家所有的电脑，都试过了。难道你不看网上的帖子？

126 might block some of our IPs as we have a lot of IPs assigned to us. So that could be a reason. Only some of IPs if they block, that is why not many such issues. The solution is to get our IP by using
www.whatismyip.com and send the issue to the web site such as 126 to tell them it is an valid IP.

早发过2次，留的是QQ信箱，都没回信。

要联系126的客服，得注册易信，谁知道这是什么！明摆着不让方便联系。

我今天在图书管呆了一下午，把所有的信转出来，又发了一遍意见反馈。还在网易网站上到处寻找，但只找到了一个电话号码，准备打电话问。晚上一上126，竟然打开了！但网易从没回信。怎么又能打开了呢？难道是CIK给联系的吗？

CIK对客户的服务还是不错的，一直跟踪。而网易，本身就是邮箱，但连个可联系的电子信箱都没有！也从不回复意见反馈！

CIK说没有责任，但是一直跟踪、提供建议。网易从不吭声。

我已经有gmail了，但是尽量不换，通知所有的联系人也很麻烦。最好126能转发，但是我看到126信箱中心的“一键迁移”是把别的信箱里的信转到126。

不知道怎么设置才能让gmail帮助接受126的信。以后再研究。
