请教大家 我的奇怪情况--2010 一月申请的父母移民

我查的网上进度

1. We received XXX's application for permanent residence on January 18, 2010.
2. We started processing XXX's application on January 13, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received. （大约2014 5月更新的）
4. A decision has been made on XXX's application. The office will contact XXX concerning this decision.（大约2014 7月更新的）

然后收到的7月22的Email说
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please disregard the letter sent to you on June 6th 2014 for the request for passports.
Your application is currently in progress. You will be contacted in due course regarding your application.
Thank you,
CPC Mississauga

P.O. Box 6100, Station A

问题是我查了我所以的信件我六月6号没有收到任何的Email

可是22号的Email里面的后半部分却有 6月6日的Email的原件内容 （可是我却没有收到这封Email，急啊！！！）

被回复Email说我们的申请被转到渥太华中心处理了 下面是原件 请问各位大师这是什么一个状况啊！！ 我都毛了！！

问题是我查了我所以的信件我六月6号没有收到任何的Email

护照寄过了么？如果寄过了等着就是。如果没寄问清楚到底寄到哪里然后照办，继续等着应该很快就能收到大信封了

没有寄护照。因为受到的邮件里面说忽略有提及寄护照的那封邮件。申请转直到渥太华 另行通知。

急色么阿，父母，祖父母移民一定会一刀切，因为父母来对加拿大的医疗系统是个大伤害，拖慢加拿大人的看病时间，让纳税人买单，我已经写过很多信要求政府取消这个项目。

查一查你的垃圾邮件，有可能被过滤到那里去了。
不行就赶紧的给CIC去电话问，把你的FN报上去，他们知道该怎么处理类似情况的。
我6月底收到寄护照的email的，前几天已经拿到大信封了。
