留学签证 【求助】我想双管齐下同时申请移民和留学是否允许

我是菜鸟,请教各位大虾,我想双管齐下同时申请移民和留学,哪个先办成就先走。不知这样是否允许。跪谢。

不太可能吧？你这种是严重的移民倾向，留学不可能批的，我想！

I think if you can get a univeristy offer, this is gona to help your migrant application. however once you get permission of migrant you might pay the same amount of tuition fee as canadian does. if you apply as oversea student (from china), i guess you will have to pay more than the canadian does. so it really a kind of compromise. since I never been to canada and this is just a personal view. hope some senior or knowledgable people will turn up who is gona to help you.

大使馆关于你的档案记录是统一的，而且保存十年以上，所以找两个中介也没什么帮助。可先申请留学，入学后申请移民。
