我太太担保她父母移民，我是co-signer.
问题#12：Your (我太太) spouse or common-in-law partner, if he or she is not co-signing the undertaking.
问题#13：Every other family member not listed above and dependent on you financially, whether they are living with you or not.

我该填在#12 还是#13?

我觉得我不应该填在#12，因为我是co-signer。
我不知道是否该填在#13, 我没有listed above, 但是我不是dependent on 我太太financially.
如果这样我是#12和#13都不用填吗？

另外#5是说：Your spouse or common-law partner, if not included in 3 above. Provided details on the back of this page if he or she is not co-signing the undertaking. 似乎我是不需要出现在问题#10到#13的任何一个表格里。不知道我的理解对不对，想向家园的朋友们确认一下。谢谢。

我是这样认为的：你在问题1A题填了你的名字，所以你不该在12再填，否则矛盾了。
13是问题6的detail，如果你在6处填0，13也该是空白。

我的表11-13都是空白

我这次只办理母亲的移民，父亲估计移不了了。。。所以我的family size 应该就是2人， 我和母亲。
3 B里的问题我都晕了
i）Number of persons included in previous undertakings you signed as a sponsor and that are still in effect。
我觉得这个应该是填1人，因为就我一个吧。。。
ii）Number of persons included in previous undertakings you signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect
我觉得这个应该是填1人，因为我只办理母亲移民。不清楚是否得把父亲算上，移民局的回答也是模棱两可，一个说算，一个说不算。。。。。。。。

我觉得第三和第四，因为我没有co-sign, 就我一名担保人，所以我觉得都应该是填 0 人。。。
然后第4的话，因为我没有co-singing,所以全部都填写0 人。。。

3b是问你作为主担保人或共同担保人以前是否担保过其他人，不是你现在要申请担保的人头数--如果不对请指正。

wymond 说的没错，question 10 是和 question 3b 相关联的。但有一点要注意，这包括以前担保的（in effect），和现在担保的(或者已交但还没开始处理的)不包括手头这个（not yet in effect）。我就是这个情况。我担保我妈，和共同担保岳父母，因为明年用两个信封交，这样，做我妈的表格时3B iv)就要填2。

按照CIC的规定，即便你父亲不来，也要把你父亲计入Family size, 3(A)应该填2，Question 应该是3
