加拿大的说法是 审查财务是魁省的责任，他们的列表不适用魁省人。

所以满足双方要求在财务上实际上是满足魁省要求

这样就是一年即可申请并且便宜不少

税前的，担保人的总收入，一个担保人就是一个人的收入，有co-signer就把他的收入也算上这样。
