我在给我妈妈申请 老公申请他父母的 我们同时为对方的co-signer 双方的application会在不同的普通信封里 这种情况我们能把两个普通信封作为一个package让快递公司递送么？ 快递公司倒是说可以在送达的时候把外包装拆掉 拿着里面的两个信封去送。 但是看到CIC网站上的说明我还是很困惑。请求大神解答～！谢谢！
CIC的说明如下：
“Applications for parent and grandparent sponsorship must be individually packaged and are sent to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M). The office accepts local couriers and major courier services.
Couriers must have waybills and require a signature by CPC-M staff to prove that it was delivered, when it was delivered and that it was accepted (for their client’s tracking purposes).”
