父母移民调地应该寄送哪里？

请教有经验的朋友。递送父母团聚申请时候又2个地址。因该寄送哪一个？第二个说是"sending the application by a courier service” 那个快递公司属于“courier service”? canada post 算吗？

忽略第一个吧，PO BOX，只有Canada Post 用。courier太多了，大公司不愿排队，还是小的快递公司好，只是贵一点。看我签名。
