第一次申请加拿大护照，如果没有驾照，怎么证明身份？

如题。也没有BCID。 枫叶卡也收掉了。如果办BCID也需要身份证件。中国护照还在。
求解！

楼上，申请护照需要一个photo ID的复印件的，你的guarantor还要在上面签名是你本人的驾照的。楼主，你的驾照只要有L牌的就好了，去ICBC考个笔试就有了

你有资格申请加拿大护照，就是说已经入籍了。入籍当天给你的公民卡或公民证书，可以作为证件使用。我们alberta省不用考驾照，可以在考驾照的registry申请一个photo ID. 有效的中国护照可以用，加拿大承认双重国籍的。

If you are submitting copies and are using form PPTC 132, Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor, the same official who signs the Declaration must also sign and date the copies of the original document (both sides) to indicate that the original document has been seen.
The document (or documents when combined) must include your name, sex, date of birth, signature and photo.

又来个乱说的，乱说的都是没最近申请过护照的吧，这个是护照申请表checklist上的原话，photo ID是必须要交一份的，还是必须加拿大的政府部门出具的才有效

比较正常的程序:
1. 先申请有照片的BC Services卡，ICBC接受两个证件: 针对你的情况用公民卡(小)或证书 (大) + 银行卡(信用卡也行) 就行了
2. 用有照片的BC Services卡去申请护照

BC Services卡 就是原来的BCID+MSP卡。新的驾照也合并了Service卡。没有驾照的同学这个是很有用的，应该必备。

正解。昨天拿着公民证书和老的CareCard去办BCID，付费三十五刀，ServiceCard免费，但19岁以下的不给办新的ServiceCard. 两种卡都不能加急，大概会两周到一个月左右。

现在入籍不发公民卡了，公民纸上没有照片的。
