Customer Support Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
· Acting as a single point of contact between internal departments and service provider, handling inquiries from all sales channel and disseminate most updated information to hem about any changes from service provider
· Acting as a single point of contact for the customer by providing ongoing account support, handling service inquiries, technical issues, billing issues and change management for assigned accounts.
· Assign modem to each account and make records of shipping and inventory.
· Track individual deliverable as well as provide feedbacks and quality control on projects.
· Prepare monthly reconciliation report based on internal data and service provider’s data.
· Prepare reports and access the result achieved based on project benefits.
Skills and Qualifications
· Must fluent in English,Mandarins, and Cantonese
· More than one year related experience
· Positive attitude –important for difficult times incurred along the way throughout the process
· Professional skills and knowledge in technical
· Strong communication and verbal reasoning skills
