我昨天收到了一封渥太华的信如下：
Dear Mr. Wang:
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
12345678 - Mr Wang:
> RCMP Criminal Record Check: If your residence period in Canada has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original, certified RCMP criminal record check based on fingerprints. Please consult http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cr-cj/fing-empr2-eng.htm for detailed instructions.
Please note:
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.
Instructions to obtain Original Police Certificates can be found on our website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp.
Note: All police certificates must be originals. Photocopies will not be accepted by our office.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 45 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal and/or delay of your application.
我的问题是：叫我提交RCMP的指纹无犯罪公正还是国内的无犯罪公正啊。
我父亲的确以前来过２次加拿大而且时间加起来超过６个月了，但是他现在在国内，而且已经３年没有来了。如果要RCMP的指纹无犯罪公正难道还要做飞机过来不成？因为貌似那个没法在国内做啊。
有那位有相同情况的解答一下，万分感谢了啊！！
