请问大家， passport photo 算是original document 吗？ 可以电子上传吗？

> Birth registration/certificate: Birth registration/certificate - Please submita notarized copy of birth certificate issued by the hospital for your new bornbaby.
If no original documents are requested, you must submit all therequested information/documents by the Case Specific Enquiries Portal:
