想问问，在表IMM5481(sponsorship evlauation)中， 第5项B)previous undertaking ii） number of persons included in previous undertakings you signed as a sponsor and that are not yet in effect ( persons who have not yet become permanent residents)。Provide details on th back of this page. 如果以前申请了父母移民但是移民申请还没完成就已经撤回了申请，移民局有EMAIL 确认函， 这里还要填写人数吗？ 我自己想因为移民申请已经撤回了， 也就是没有申请了，就不用填了吧，有点担心填错。希望有人可以回复确认一下。多谢。
