在东亚旅游多伦多购买了机票,由于出行变化,自己找加航退了票.加航在2016年9月30日将退票款的$765以支票方式退还给了东亚旅游,加航的工作人员Peggy Slobodian在10月3日亲自电话联系东亚旅游905-3058009,交代了退票事宜.当时东亚旅游Michelle女士接待了这个案件.
时间又过了1个月,我也不停与东亚旅游联系退票款,东亚旅游一直以退票太多查询不到为借口,实质是想私吞着$765.然而我再次联系联系加航寻求帮助,在12月7号,也就是2个月之后,加航给了非常详细的证据,支票号码0057135243, 支票在10月24日被cashed了.就在这样的事实面前,东亚理由竟然说财务人手不够,无法查询的到支票所在.
这样的无良华人旅行,以各种都不需要编造的理由直接将客户的钱占为己有,应该得到所有华人的谴责和抵制!!!

Our records do not indicate that Tour East Holidays has closed. I have contacted Tour East Holidays today at the number 1-905-305-8009 from the website. I was reassured that your refund would be returned to you.
As your refund was completed on 29Sep16, you may wait for the agency to contact you or contact one of the other Tour East Holiday
at the number 1-905-305-8009. A check was mailed to the agency, so it will take at least one week for the agency to receive the refund.
