变化要点

• 在线表格从东部时间2017年1月3号中午开放，2017年2月2号中午关闭。
  
  
• 开放时间内，申请人可以在IRCC网站填写在线表格，表达团聚父母或者祖父母的意愿。
  
  
• 要求的信息包含申请人的姓名，生日，出生国，家庭住址，邮编和邮箱。
  
  
• 一旦成功递交在线表格，申请人会收到确认码，请记录下来。
  
  
• 仅需填写这一张表格，重复填写无效。
  
  
• 30天后，移民局会清除重复表格，随机抽取1万份表格，邀请他们递交完整的申请。
  
  
• 每个申请人都会被告知2017年是否被邀请。
  
  
• 被邀请的申请人将有90天时间来递交完整的材料。
  
  
• 完整的申请表格和材料清单将于2017年1月9号公布。
  
  
• 2017年没有被邀请上的申请人，2018年可以再次提出申请。

收件地点在Mississauga，住的近的赚便宜，快递公司现场办公，可以抢在第一时间交表。
这对于住在全国各地距离远的人不公平。
