I just checked the status of my mother's application. And it said:

Review of medical results: You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.

It doesn't look good. But can anyone tell me what it means, final rejection?

As there's no time stamp shown, i have no idea when the status was changed. It also shows Final decision, does it mean the application has been rejected?
