Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative supports and related tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Duties include but not limited to:
. General office duties (filing, faxing, data input, maintain office inventory)
. Handling basic customer/guest inquiries by phone/in person/emails
. Greet visitors
. Provide administrative supports to branch's staff and clients
. Update and maintain reports and logs
. Performs database searches
. Input, retrieve and report information
. Assist with new staff procedures
. Draft emails and letters
. Meeting minutes
. Manage emails
. Distribute reports etc...

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
·College diploma

Communication and Interpersonal Skills
. MUST be English and Mandarin Bilingual (Cantonese is an asset)
. Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
. Developed interpersonal skills and telephone skillsSelf-motivator who is willing to take initiative, while being highly organized/efficient
. Capacity to prioritize tasks, in a busy environment, in order to meet daily objectives

Technology Skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, iOS and Microsoft Windows
. Tech Savvy
Previous clerical/administrative assistant experience is an asset
