移民局网站还是没改条件，仍需父母参与。
一方父母陪孩子入籍应该很正常吧，尤其对于小孩来说，否则小孩内心都不清楚是否该不该入籍。
实施以后就不需要父母陪同或者公民了，但是就需要住满3/5的要求了

孩子单独入籍这么贵啊。。。 变相还是要求和父母一起入籍啊
