请教HULL的有关情况

各位XDJM，我想问下有人知道渥太华对面的HULL的情况吗？
1.我们是申请的魁省,如果选择HULL定居,那有关的手续,比如是枫叶卡等,可以在HULL办吗?还是要到MONTREAL办理?
2.有多少小学啊?相对好点的大概在那边,附近的房租如何?
3.排COFI,大概要等多长时间?
问了这么多,还请各位指点一二,多谢!

1. you can apply in Hull.
2. rent is usuallly cheaper than in ottawa. I am not familiar with school informaiton, sorry.
3. it depends. someone waited just 1 month. but usually no more than 6 months.

谢谢回答， 但是如果我们的第一次登陆是在渥太华，再转HULL，可以享受魁省的福利吗？还是要等三个月，或是直接到MONTREAL，再转HULL？

You can land in HULL, just the same as you land in Montreal.
You will be considered as a residence of Quebed if you don't live more than 3 months in other provicnes.
