1月24日邮寄，4月13日收到Email，当天DM,目前没有收到新卡。
移民局网上状态如下：
We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 29, 2018.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 13, 2018.
We started processing your application on April 13, 2018.

请问大家我何时可以收到新卡？
