请问这种情况需要回国打手指模吗？

我刚收到一封邮件，上面要求我补几份材料，其中一项是这样说的：Biometrics(if applicable): On 31st,2018, biometrics became a requirement for some IRCC applicants. If your relatives are required to complete biometrics, they would have received a request for fees and an instruction letter with details on how to submit biometrics, they should do so immediately. 但是我只收到体检表格，没有收到打手指模的表格，那是表示我父母不需要回去吗？
