也许是昨天的大雨积水造成了问题

Approximately 73,000 litres of demineralized water leaked from the station in 2011, causing no known impacts to human health.

There were also no known adverse effects from a leak of radioactive heavy water at the plant in 2014.
 
THUNDER BAY – UPDATE – OPG says the alert was sent in error. Ontario residents were awakened this morning by an Amber Alert.
Now the OPG is saying the alert was sent in error.


The Ontario Emergency Bulletin which went out at 7:30 a.m Sunday morning reports that there has been an incident at the Pickering Nuclear facility.
The alert states there was no release of radioactive material. Residents in the 10-kilometer radius of the plant have been told not to take any protective actions at this time.
There are few details at this time… Developing.

据国家标准GB6249-86,核电厂环境辐射防护规定,核电厂周围应设置非居住区,非居住区的半径(以反应堆为中心)不得小于0.5km。核电厂非居住区周围应设置限制区,限制区的半径(以反应堆为中心),不得小于5km。

国家标准GB14317-93,核热电厂辐射防护规定, 核热电厂用于城市居民供热时,距10万人口以上城镇发展边界直线距离应不小于10km。距100万人口以上大城市发展边界直线距离应不小于25km。
