Trudeau: 回加拿大的旅客必须强制（forced）隔离14天

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that beginning at midnight, travellers must have an adequate quarantine plan when they arrive in Canada or they will be forced to stay at a quarantine facility, like a hotel, for 14 days.

Plans that are not deemed appropriate include intentions to stay in a place where there are many elderly people or not having a set destination, if they have been outside of the country for many years.

Trudeau also commented on the significant impact COVID-19 has had on long-term care homes, stressing that it is particularly important to keep this vulnerable population safe.

一个月前加拿大封国的时候就采取这种强硬措施的话，一个月后的今天就不会是确诊2万多这个样子了，不过亡羊补牢也好过什么也不补

因为这是侵涉个人行动自由的极端措施，不到万不得己不能随便施行。否则，有悖加拿大价值观和自由党行动纲领，也会给政治对手留下攻击点。只能循序渐进，因势利导，逐步加深。
