大家好，新人报道。先说说我们的情况，我和爱人42了，女儿12岁了。
想给孩子办理留学，我们陪读。我可以读NBCC的2年大专，我爱人国内有护士经验，但2年前辞职了。可以在那边找工作。然后看情况选择移民途径。
我们想申请2021年秋季入学。请问要提前多久申请，怎么找当地名义上的监护人。我们都在国内，必须要找一个人代办一下是吧。
好像申请学校的时候还要由住址证明，是要提前租房子才行吗，还是可以有其他办法呢。

这是NBCC 有关英语的要求：
Successful completion of English 122 or 121 at a New Brunswick high school with a minimum mark of 70% (non-modified curriculum) can be submitted to satisfy NBCC’s English proficiency requirement.
The following English proficiency tests can be submitted to NBCC for admission consideration:
