疫情期间一直上班，前线工作人员补贴一直不见踪影的路过.....
说个医院内部问题：
1.医院不愿意雇员收入超过100k，进入阳光名单。
2.医院一直招不到人，主要是工资低、管理层不作为和工作环境有毒。
3.无办法，最后员工只能自愿加班了，然后超过了100k，被管理层下了通牒批评，查timesheet。
4.现在整个部门士气为零，上班就是混时间，能不干事就不干事。年轻点的都想着跳槽，最近几个月4个人发了辞职信。
