路透报道，全加拿大在covid-19之下，房价暴涨，10月份涨价10.9%，

“Canada home prices have risen 88.3% in the last decade, and were up 10.9% in October compared with the previous year, according to data from the Canadian Real Estate Association.”

疫情之下，独立屋领涨
“Recent housing gains have been driven by detached properties in smaller centers, as Canadians flee densely-packed city centers for homes with backyards and home offices amid the COVID-19 pandemic.”

联邦政府坐不住了，要对海外买家开征新的税种，海外买家被认为是房价暴涨的根源，"Canada is readying a new tax on foreign home buyers to help tamp down on speculative purchases from overseas, cited as a factor behind sharp rises in housing prices in some markets that have left many Canadians unable to afford homes."

正好说明是阿省萨省曼省N省人民纷纷到BC省抢房来了，所以应和了BC房价涨与外国人稅无关，其他省房价年年跌

事实情况还真是这样。没事给小区里面散步，发现不少房子插了sold牌子，然后过段时间drive way上停着外省来的车，比如萨省ab省曼省ns省，在卸小件。。

所以海外买家税对bc影响大不大？我觉得不大。
