关于BC 省新屋交易税(Newly Built Home Exemption)豁免的疑问

请教各位一个问题,具体情况如下,我们目前居住在安省,前阵子在BC省买了个townhouse楼花,2022年3月左右交房,最近研究这个交易税(Property Transfer Tax)豁免,在gov.bc.ca上看,有两项相关,一个是“Newly Built Home Exemption”,为便于描述简称N项目,一个是“First Time Home Buyers' Program”,简称F项目,请问这两项有相关性吗?这是我们的第一套房,又是新屋,那我如果申请豁免的话是符合N呢还是F呢?如果是F项目,它需要接收房屋时至少居住在BC一年,那我们现在就要搬过去,但现在搬家的时机不太合适,如果是N项目,则只需要接收房子后92天之内搬进去即可,我可否理解为我们在交房后92日内搬入即可豁免,不必care F项目的居住一年的要求。有经验的大神请赐教。

Newly Built Home Exemption
登记日期92天内进入该新屋居住
Move into your home within 92 days of the date the property was registered at the Land Title Office
并在该新屋住至少一年
Continue to occupy the property as your principal residence for the remainder of the first year

F项目视乎以下二选一条款
First Time Home Buyers
(1) 在过户之前至少连续12个月在卑诗省居住
Lived in B.C. for at least a year immediately before the date you register the property
(2) 或者过去6年期间以卑诗省居民的身份报过两年收入所得税
Filed at least 2 income tax returns as a B.C. resident in the last 6 taxation years immediately before the registration date

如果符合条件,N项目和F项目都可以一起申领

Newly Built Home Exemption
登记日期92天内进入该新屋居住
Move into your home within 92 days of the date the property was registered at the Land Title Office
并在该新屋住至少一年
Continue to occupy the property as your principal residence for the remainder of the first year

F项目视乎以下二选一条款
First Time Home Buyers
(1) 在过户之前至少连续12个月在卑诗省居住
