申请账号问题

很幸运被抽到了，开始准备材料提交。邀请信的内容中有这样一段：“You and the parents and grandparents you want to sponsor have 60 days from the date of this email to submit your complete application online through the Permanent Residence online portal (https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login). The application must be submitted by the principal applicant (your parent or grandparent), or by an authorized representative on their behalf”。 我理解是需要父母中的主申需要注册一个新账号，从新账号中提及材料。不知理解的对吗？另外，我给父母申请了一个gmail邮箱，但用它注册CIC账号时需要输入验证码，但我点击发送后，网页显示已经成功发送，但gmail邮箱里却没有收到，不知什么原因，大家遇到类似的情况了吗？（我自己测试邮箱的收发邮件都没有问题）
