If you have "Decision Made" for more than a month, it usually means your application is going through a "second review". It will take a much longer time than the normal processing time.

谢谢小伙伴们分享，我来更新了，今天下午状态变成了decision made.但是我没有收到邮件，点进去也没有出现第4步，依然是原来前3条的样子。请问过来人dm了以后有收到邮件吗？

邮件寄出石沉大海的时候就盼着ip，ip了又盼着dm，现在终于dm了又是一个石沉大海的寂静，我已经被磨的一点脾气都没有了。

你说的是对的，是这样计算的：

Your processing time starts the day we receive your complete application and ends when we make a decision on it.

If you apply by mail, the time starts when your application arrives in our mail room.

If you apply online or in-person, it starts when you submit your application.

Most processing times are historical, meaning they’re measured based on how long it took to process 80% of applications in the past.

Approval Status Determined Your application will be either approved or rejected. You will be informed of the decision. If your application is approved, you will be notified by mail within four weeks and invited to pick up your card at the IRCC office closest to you. If your application is rejected, you will be notified of the decision by mail.
