If your current Hukou does not list both yourself and the principal applicant, please provide an older version of the Hukou that you are both registered on. Alternatively, you may submit a notarized copy of your original Medical Certificate of Birth issued by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. NOTE: Notarial certificates of birth, relationship or kinship are not acceptable as proof of relationship.

可以我们的户口本上没有父母信息, 然后父母的户口本换了以后也没有子女的信息, 旧的户口本收回去了, 那时候还没有出生证明,这不是扯淡吗!

请中国的公证处做一个亲属关系公证不可以么？他们有各种其他的渠道，包括从人事档案里调。
可类比的事情，比如说在中国要做遗产继承的话，也要进行亲属关系公证的。只不过，这边需要，把他变成英文的而已。

可以迁户口吗？迁到一起？

写信解释一下。我父母移民时候受到过类似的要求，要求提交补充的材料，后来把能提交的都提交，写了一封长信，解释清楚。最后也通过了，就是耽误几个月。
如果你的户口从父母处迁出，你的户口本上会写明从哪里迁过来的。两者是可以对印起来的。户口的迁入迁出信息在派出所都可以查到。我父母在1970年代的户口进出记录都在派出所找到了。
出生证明可以补办的。我办出国时候去了当年产科医院，找到了当时出生记录，医院重新出具了出生证明。

多谢，最早的户口是从大学迁出来的。父母的户口本上只有他们两个，看来只能解释一下了，除非你一直和父母住在一块，要不然这个基本没人办到。
