楼主，麻烦说说温东？目前温东single house100万的都是老（100年左右）破旧不堪的了，还有得降吗？不知道能有多少空间呢。很多120万左右的房子，简直没法儿看

温东的独立屋现在不到80W，早知道就卖你了，还多赚20W。

这个83万价格真的不错，只是离高速太近了。房子也是相当的旧了，1923年的。
