Acorrdingly,please send us, before 30th April.2009. at the ddress given at the bottom of this page:
- The new narrative document and Declaration D18 confirming your intention to settle in Quebec,duly completed.dated and signed;
- An update,if necessary,of Section 4 of investor Appendix heated Net worth of the investor.
- Pertinent documentation supporting,where applicable,this update and your declarations concerning new facts.
- Any document that you were not able to provide when submitting your application and that you have found subsequently.
Please do not send us of documents already submitted with your file. Please note that the examinetion of your application will not start until these documents have been received and since the contents of our files are strictly confidential,we cannot provide any information over the telephone.
