Dear SHW019,

On October 19,2011 a young person appeared in Robson Square Youth Justice Court, and an Undertaking to a Juddge( file number) was made which includes conditions as follows:

"You are to have no contact , directly or indirectly with SHW019"

For the purpose of enforcing this Order, you are advised that the name of the accused is "Tristan Schultz".

The undersigned Probation Officer will be responsible for supervising this Order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned. Also, if this accused attempts, or actually makes some form of contact with you, please call the New Westminster Youth Probation Office at 6046609495.

A written statement will be requied from you, if the accused attempts, or actually violates the above condition. This statement will be provided to Crown Counsel in an attemp to ensure that the accused is charged with violating their Court Order. This Order remains in effect until further notice.

I will advise you of any changes in this situation that may affect you.

是法庭禁止Tristan Schultz和你接触（直接间接都不允许）。。。

如果Tristan Schultz违反禁止令的话，你可以书面要求Crown Counsel控告Tristan Schultz违法。

我只是在10月6日作为见证人报警，因为我目击几个男孩子大白天在马路上公然强劫一个小男孩的手表，小男孩吓得浑身发抖。

谢谢大家的鼓励支持. 我的所做所为也是由于我的经历造成的.10多年前我在不认识任何人的情况下来到异国他乡, 得到了无数的数不相识的好心人帮助. 后来回国, wow, 发现国人的道德水平没了底线。但我见到摔倒的老人就扶，一般情况下，路人漠然，但也有的时候有人过来帮忙。我从路人漠然的眼光中可以看出，我应该扶，别人不应该扶，因为我是摔倒老人的儿子。

中国人阅读能力远比口语和听力好。 但LZ刚好相反

其实我的阅读能力还是比口语和听力好，但我读这封信时就是觉得不明白。我一直等着找我出庭作证。我已经快淡忘这件事了，来了这封信，却找不到出庭作证的具体信息。就求救家园了。
再一次感谢家园。我一直认为自己的英文还可以，这下丢脸了。
