Which organisations to inform when move?

I can't type Chinese at the office and we don't have internet service yet in the new home. But I can read Chinese in my computer.

We moved to another apartment recently and I am wondering whom I should inform of our move. I remember I saw a post with a checklist of all the parties that I should notify when moving, such as the bank, car insurance, drivers liscence etc., but I can't find it now.

Anyone can give me some advice? I would very much appreciate it!
