可以查看的,只要给24小时notice。
不是这样的, 自己去查条例就知道了,必须有正当理由,具体很多想贴那个文件还没法剪切

BC省可以shedule一个每月查的时间,给通知,但有些省不行.至于没有理由,只是想去看一下就给二十四小时通知是不行的.

艾省就不行,只有搬进搬出的inspection,搬走通知后有人看房等,但平时不能按期查看.BC省则可以.

是呀,在合同是写了当然可以,但是如果不信任人家,就是说要看看去查就不同了.如果对方不同意,这个不在那个list里,例行的检查,报警系统定期维护这些都是原因,但是说因为不放心要去看看是另一回事.

如果是我,我从来不说不放心房客,我说我不放心房子,进来查查看看有什么需要修的。给个notice,四处看看。

在BC省,房东有权每个月检查租住单位一次。 房东只要在最少24小时前以书面通知租客进入租住单位的理由(理由必须合理,例如例行检查租住单位有没有需要维修的地方),进入的日期和时间,就可以进入租住单位。

据我的理解,租客没有权利去拒绝例行检查。业主也无需得到租客的同意才可进入租住单位。租客好像也没有理由拒绝房东带第三者入内检查。 不过,房东可以拍照存证,为什么非要带证人呢?

当然,规矩是那样写,最好还是得到租客的同意在进入租住单位比较好。关系搞不好,老是要动用法规来处理事情很费时失事。

当然最好租客同意啦,我肯定也会拍照存证的,不过恍惚记得,最好有个证人一起去最好

证人不必,双方在家签字确认最重要,第三人说的不算.
