我觉得这些题目比安省的难多了。。特别是曼省特喜欢考那些离某某标志多少米你该停下,轮胎磨到多少多少该换了,全是一堆难记的数字。:(

我觉得这些题目比安省的难多了。。特别是曼省特喜欢考那些离某某标志多少米你该停下,轮胎磨到多少多少该换了,全是一堆难记的数字。:(
是啊!我考过安省的笔试题,曼省的考试练习考的的确很较真儿!所以这些数据很让我头痛!不过多看几次,死记硬背也背下来了!!

在曼尼托巴报考驾照的正确方法:



第一步 - 注册个人信息 (Register as a Manitoba Public Insurance customer)

在报考驾照笔试前,你需要到任何一家Autopac营业点
(1)或MPI分部注册个人信息.这需要你带上有效证件 - 护照,国内驾照和翻译公证件(如没有则忽略)(2),和2张能证明你曼省有效居住地址的信件 (如银行Debit账户月费单,手机账单,保险信等), 详细有效证件要求和列表,请参考:

第二步 - 报考笔试 (Written Test / Knowledge Test)

笔试报考必须要提前预约,MPI不再接受直接到考场考试的政策。报名笔试有2种途径,一种是打电话(204) 985-7788 付费预约,选你想考试的时间地点。 另一种是直接到任何一家Autopac营业点或温尼伯7家任何一个MPI分部报名。

笔试分机考和纸考两种形式,计算机考试目前只支持英语/法语两种语言,中文和其他26个语种为纸考。考试限时半小时,试卷随机从题库里抽选30道题,考后当场出分,错误少于6道算通过。最早可提前8周报名笔试,报考笔试时需交费$10加币。

准备笔试考试的正确方法是:

在Autopac任意营业点,$5加币买一本曼省驾照手册 (或在下载电子版线察看:
http://www.mpi.mb.ca/PDFs/DriverHandbook/CompleteHandbook.pdf ),手册有全部的规则和考题。

或参考由MCCC曼省华人社区出版的《曼尼托巴信息手册》,手册中收录有中文考题,路考扣分明细等驾校相关内容。

第三步 - 视力和身体要求 (Visual and Medical Requirements)

这一步很简单但容易被忽略细节。通常在你笔试通过后,MPI工作人员会让你对准一台设备做视力测试,包括近/远视度数,散光和色盲等常见问题。如果你的眼睛有度数,即使度数不高平时不常带眼睛,测试时也需要戴上眼镜,以保证通过。身体要求通常只限制有残疾状况的人是否能开车。

在笔试和体检都通过后,MPI会发给报考人笔试驾照 Learner (L) Stage (也叫初学者驾照),初学者可凭这个Learner驾照在
限制条件(4)下合法开车上路。



第四步 - 路考 (Road Tests)

路考同样必须提前预约,预约和付费方法和笔试一样可以打电话或到Autopac/MPI营业点。报名时需要明确路考地点和时间,同样可提前8周报名,路考报名收费为$30加币。持中国驾照的司机可在通过笔试后可以直接报名路考;如没有其他国家驾照,通过笔试后需等待9个月才可报考路试。

考试当天至少提前15分钟到场,将考试车辆停在路考专用车位。带上考试预约纸,笔试驾照和你驾驶车的行驶本向前台报告即可。每个考场都有多条考试路线,建议考生在和驾校教练
(5)熟悉过同一个考场的每条路线后,预约在相同考场考路试。

路试开始后MPI考官坐在副驾驶指挥驾驶人各种考试并进行评分
(6),通过后可直接照相交钱办理加拿大曼省本地驾照,没有通过则需要重新报名路考,GDL司机还需等待14天以后才可再次考试Road Test
(7)




"中国驾照"换"国际全职学生临时驾照"的 正确方法 (Temprorary International Student Driving Permit)

需准备以下材料: 中国驾照原件,正规中英文驾照公证件
(2),本人护照,学习签证(Study Permit),所在学校开具的全职学生证明和两封能证明自己有效地址的信件。拿到MPI分部注册并个人信息(参考上文第一步),更多信息参考: http://www.mpi.mb.ca/english/dr_licensing/ForeignDL.html


MPI工作人员会在核对留底后,批准一张国际驾照纸,申请人可以在自己中国驾照有效期和全职学生期间,合法用中国驾照开车上路。

Autopac Broker 是MPI分部下属的代理营业点,可办理大部分MPI日常业务,包括保险续期,交费,预约考试等等。温尼伯有数百个Autopac 营业点,请参考Autopac 详细列表: http://mpi.mb.ca./broker/english/brokertxt.asp。


- (2)
驾照翻译公证 - 国内驾照必须要在翻译公证后才可在曼省注册开车使用的,如果在国内没有公证,温尼伯本地有几个地方都可以办理公证手续,如位于 Downtown 100 Adelaide Street 的Internation Centre.


- (3)
如果测试人才检验视力时携带了眼睛,则驾照后面会有注解说明此人开车时需要携带校正视力眼睛。之后如果该司机在发生事故时被发现当时没有携带眼镜的话,是有可能被判负全责的。请各位新司机,尤其是读书不高平时不爱戴眼睛的朋友注意。


- (4) 详细 Class 5 Learner (L) / Intermediate (I) Stage 的限制条件请参考:

Learner (L) Stage 是指通过笔试但尚未通过路试的阶段。 Intermediate (I) Stage 是指刚通过路试前6个月的阶段。 其中强调一点,Learner (L) 笔试驾照开车时,副驾驶必须乘坐持加拿大本地全驾照Full (F) Stage满36个月的监护人才可合法上路。 持中国驾照,国际驾照等的驾龄不在计算之内 (如某人中国驾龄5年,考过曼省驾照3年,但驾驶员刚拿到曼省驾照的前15个月是Intermediate (I) Stage,即此人有效Full Stage驾龄只有2年)。 否则监护人不符合上述条件,出现任何事故学车人承担100%责任。

GDL - Graduated Driver Licensing

GDL 是为初学开车者专门定制的项目,GDL分3个阶段分别为 Learner (9个月), Intermediate (15个月), Full (3年)。此项目的目的是为了在限制条件下,减少新司机发生事故的几率。 详细GDL的注解参考:

注意事项

如果你的学习签证已经过期,中国驾照过期,或者在校读书期间某个学期/学年没有达到全职学生标准(Full-Time Student),那么你的"国际全职学生临时驾照"将自动失效并且在发生事故时会被当作无效,甚至要负全部责任。



5A 5I 5L 的区别和注意事项
- 由<承诺驾驶学校>补充

如你是新手的,通過筆試後馬上給你一張籃色的臨時5L(Learner)駕照。在2-3 星期內在郵箱收到全新有你照片的綠色5L駕照.

5L 的朋友必須等9個月才可考路考. 在9個月內可找教練或有36 個月駕照以上的朋友學車。路孝通過,駕照從5L變到5I ( intermediate)

5I 重點
1.如你是晚上12am-5am開車而後面坐朋友(示乎後坐有多少安全帶)坐在你旁的一定要有一個36個月以上駕照的朋友
2.在15 個月內如沒有任可遺規,在郵箱可以收到5F (Full) 駕照. 開始每年有分的制度。

如你有中國或其它國家的駕照,通過筆試,MPI 收取你原有的中國或其它國家的駕照,再給你一張籃色的臨時5A(Authorized)駕照。

5A重點
1.一定有36個月駕照朋友或教練在旁
2.不用等9 個月路考(示乎各考場有沒有時間路考)

路孝通過,駕照從5A變到5F(Full), 開始每年有分的制度。
