Vous êtes réputé suivre des études à temps plein si vous suivez des études à temps partiel, vous êtes inscrit à au moins 20 heures d’enseignement par mois, et vous répondez à l’un des critères suivants :
Vous êtes chef de famille monoparentale et
vous habitez avec votre enfant âgé de moins de 12 ans au 30 septembre de l'année d'attribution en cours
ou
vous habitez avec votre enfant âgé de moins de 21 ans au 30 septembre de l'année d'attribution en cours. Celui-ci est aux études et est atteint d’une déficience fonctionnelle majeure ou d’une maladie mentale*.
Vous avez un conjoint et
vous habitez avec votre enfant âgé de moins de 6 ans au 30 septembre de l'année d'attribution en cours
ou
vous habitez avec votre enfant âgé de moins de 21 ans au 30 septembre de l'année d'attribution en cours. Celui-ci est aux études et est atteint d’une déficience fonctionnelle majeure ou d’une maladie mentale*.
Vous êtes enceinte d’au moins 20 semaines.
Vous êtes atteint d’une déficience fonctionnelle majeure.
Vous participez au programme Réussir du ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale.
Si vous et votre conjoint êtes étudiants, seul l’un d’entre vous peut être réputé aux études à temps plein durant une même année d’attribution.

经查证属实，在读的不受影响，2013年6月之后新就读的就没补助了～

Les auditrices et les auditeurs de même que les personnes qui suivent des cours d'apprentissage de langes ne sont pas admissibles au Programme de prêts et burses.


Toutefois, celles et ceux qui poursuivent à temps plein des études reconnues y sont admissibles même si certains cours correspondent à des cours d'apprentissages de langues.

这个到底是指麦大还是所有学校？指单身还是包括有小孩的家庭？？

听朋友说麦大的英语班要取消L&B了，因为马华上台后削减相关经费。

关键时刻还是要看英语资料呀，至少我是如此：

唯一找到的官方说法是：
Distance learning, second-language and aircraft piloting programs,
independent studies and vocational training do not
qualify under the Loans and Bursaries Program.

但是这几句话说的是魁省外，还是魁省也算，我还没法确定。

听朋友说麦大的英语班要取消L&B了，因为马华上台后削减相关经费。

问了几个正在里面读书的朋友都没听说这事！谣言最开始是家园里的一个帖子。目前官网上很明白的说，被视同fulltime修够学分是有lb的。

我刚刚打电话给mcgill的贷款补助中心，接电话的女士告诉我，今年9月份的英语课程，政府取消补助了
