泥巴明确指出举报对象及具体内容，如果我能证明她是false complaint，那就完全可以控告她诽谤。目前等待关于threnting, corruption的回答。

再说关于在网上卖兔子。从官员给她的回信来看，官员说了，要看地区才能判定。
而泥巴说“他这样做肯定不对，没有通过卫生检验私卖活兔宰杀，肯定不会允许。钓鱼抓蟹都是要办证的，允许公开买卖么？不懂政策。”直接判定我“不懂政策，做了法律不允许的事。”
我回复到 “唉唷，还以为自己多有文化呢！我不是说了只卖活的吗？至于你买回去是当宠物养还是自己杀了吃，那是你自己的事！多少人卖小猫小狗的，你咋不去举报啊？”，
她回复：“在这里咬牙有劲么？卖小猫小狗有说肉猫肉狗的么？没文化周一也肯定举报你。”
（由此拉开了序幕）

关于养兔子究竟要些什么执照，曾和一养兔场的主人聊过，说目前BC还没有很明确的政策。至于你在自家农场里养几只，就更没有什么严格的规定了。要不然，早被贴上来了。那卖兔子要执照吗？我也没有找到相关的规定。倒是之前有人贴上来，上面写着“可以自由买卖，只要符合以下几点”。根据规定，那人说我违反了misslead这条，因为我说“可以当宠物也可以自己吃。”另又有人贴上来说surrey有养兔子来做狗食猫食的，我非常庆幸当时没有说“有些人买新鲜的兔肉给狗吃”这话，否则就是告诉人家“我这肉兔也可以让狗吃了”。

举报别人违法，应当是先证明吧？我一直就等着看证明，泥巴也说过先咨询。昨天把邮件发上来，直接就是向政府机关举报。我之前的回帖也提到过“如果是false complaint,那我们是不是也可以维权？”

提你名字是因为看你的namespace8月12日注册的发言却不少，在一个贴子里看到你和别人骂仗，还有人叫你小样。我什么时候攻击过你了？

既然你这么说了，那我提供线索给你哦：你随便开车到农场多的地方转转，好多人家写着“出售走地鸡蛋”，有些当然是大规模的，有些就是养个几十只自己吃的。你要去举报的话，准能打倒一大遍。

前面已经说过，对于游走法律灰色地带的不伤害到其它生命的事情我们都可以理解，既然理解为啥还要举报？其次，一直都重复说过：道德是法律理论的来源，法律是道德的最低标准。鸡蛋在我们眼里犹如石头，出售鸡蛋几乎没伤害到其它生命，既然道德上我们觉得通的过去，那为啥还要从最低标准---法律上去举报别人？楼主你是属于挑拨离间？别人做好的你没看见，做的不好的你倒是统统记下并青出于蓝胜于蓝了？你通过合情又合理的方式去赚钱没问题，我们不仅不会羡慕而且还愿意学习。

不如重新理一下思路，让大家更明白一点：
1、楼主发帖说要卖从中国带来的种子种的辣椒和“肉兔”
2、楼主多次在本楼中叫嚣“我触犯哪条法律了”
3、楼主多次搬出楼主的“联邦官员”并多次明示“近水楼台先得月”
4、楼主多次对本楼中的其他同学进行人身攻击爆粗口。
我来费点时间来周旋一下：
1、已经有同学指出你带中国的种子进入加拿大，你在填入境单的时候必然在“是否带了种子”选了“NO”，请问这是否触犯了加拿大法律？
2、上面的链接已经说明，B.C法律规定，除非你有license,否则不得公开贩卖动物作为商业行为。你在网上公开叫卖25刀一只，是不是触犯了法律？
3、不要以为你住农场就是farmer，请看我上面的帖子。对farmer的定义既有收入的规定、农场的规模、主要经营范围。不在主要经营范围之内也不得随便买卖。比如，你主要经营范围只是鸡的话，你就不能随便买卖其他动物。楼主没有说她家的农场主要经营什么，但是说过只是少量几只，当然不是兔子养殖户。
4、楼主明明知道加拿大规定不可以随便宰杀动物，却多次说明“肉兔当然是用来吃的”，这就符合前面花无语同学所贴文章中的“欺诈误导消费者“。更不用说有关卖兔子的规定“不能少于2个月，要有相关检疫程序”等等要求。
5、如果作为宠物来卖，之前同学都已经把相关规定贴出告知。
如此明显的硬伤，楼主还在那里打滚叫嚣“我触犯什么法律了？”并以抬出“俺们苏北老家的农场就是那么干的，某某地方还有吃狗肉的习俗”的无知认识视为知己，不得不佩服楼主的脸皮之厚。
6、在中国都没有听过“我爸是李刚”的现场版，竟然在加拿大见识了一下“俺老公是联邦官员！”的奇葩言论，真是让我大开眼界。
7、我的目的已经达到，想必没有人会到你那里去买兔子，也规劝你不要为了那么点蝇头小利而以身犯险，到时候，你的“联邦官员”恐怕也救不了你。
