我记得ServiceCanada 的网站上好像说过， 超过一周 没活儿干，应该是可以申请EI的。ROE，如果老板不给，不用担心，ServiceCanada的会打电话给你朋友的老板要的，如果你朋友符合条件的话。如果不嫌麻烦，也可以自己在网上先递交申请，需要一个小时左右，准备好你的资料，包括银行信息。批不批，就等ServiceCanada了。

楼主说的这个情况, 很明显, 是申请人自己不想做, 而不是雇主不安排工作. 失业超过一周以上, 是申请EI的必要条件, 不是申请EI的充分条件.

没付超时加班费这个和申请EI无关. 某些特殊情况下, 这个可以成为申请EI的补充理由, 但本身并不构成申请EI的条件.

照你这么说的话，ON CALL工的就没有可能拿EI了？

不是说一周没安排活的话，也符合申请条件么。

我去年卖店的时候，有个员工拿EI,我记得是从离职向前倒推三个月的平均工资来计算ei的。

中侨的人说，是从以往26周中最高工资计算的。并且他们给填好表，负责找Canada service,他们在找老板。

我真的不敢相信现在中侨这么贴心。

我刚来的时候，新移民对中侨怨声载道，态度不好，回答问题不专业等等全是差评。

之前一份工也就100小时。这是第二分工，干了将近一年。

她认为自十六开始，一周过去了，老板没给她安排活干。

姐，这事找谁问都一样，原则上你朋友可以申请但百分百拿不到ei,为啥上面都说很清楚了，更别说现在政府穷的叮当响能赖就赖，有这功夫还不如找找其他工作，能拿ei 的工又不是没有。

拿EI在哪里都不容易，一般失业都是要么单位不要你，要么自己辞职，这些都不符合拿EI的条件，只有单位不要你了，而且你的职位也不再招人了，这种苛刻的条件哪里好找？死心吧。

平时还行，可是这件事我怎样讲，她都不信我，信中侨。

我认为她拿不到EI，趁着老板招她回去上工，赶紧就台阶下去。

跟老板搞僵，EI又拿不成，折腾个啥。
