现在有Guelph University 附近的一个house中的最后一间房间要出租，其他两间已经出租给了中国女生，一个研究生，一个本科生，另一间楼下的房间住的是高年级中国男生。都是爱干净，喜欢安静的同学。离guelph大学走路20分钟，坐公车5分钟。在mall后面，到metro和其他的附近plaza只需5分钟，位置很好，周围环境单纯，基本都是学生。
还剩一个楼上单间现在就可以入住，或者从2016年2月份入住。新房，以前房东自住的，房租450一个月。网络，水电煤气另算，和其他三个人均摊。租房合同有10个月和12个月。房屋是新整理过的，很干净，单间和另一个女生share洗浴卫生间，有衣橱，有储藏室，有洗衣机烘干机，提供家具。
希望找爱干净，生活习惯好，喜欢安静的中国学生来住。不能养宠物，不抽烟。女生优先。周末可以看房，平时需要提前联系一下哦！

The house is located at 302 college ave west, which is 5 mins bus-ride from campus, and 20 mins walk distance. Also, only taking 5 mins walk to metro and the stoneroad mall. Really convenient location.
Quite spacious room, and recently renovated. The rental is $450, sharing with a female roomie 4 pieces bathroom, onsite washing machine and dryer, closet, and furnished! Hydro & wireless will be shared with 3 roomies (1 graduate and 1 senior undergrad and 1 freshman).
Looking for serious and responsible student or young professional, loving quiet and clean space of your own. Female preferred. No pets allowed. Party animal and smoking not allowed!
