其实可以这样解释:黄灯必须停。既然停了就应该能看到对面有左转车需要让行。没让行的就是没停。如果有行车记录仪能证明他后面没车造成不安全的情况,那就是黄灯右转的错

绿灯右转对撞绿灯左转,
黄灯右转对撞黄灯左转,
红灯右转对撞红灯左转,
事故责任的归属是谁的?
黄灯直行撞上黄灯左转,责任又是谁的?
闯红灯的直行撞上红灯的左转,责任是谁的?
