o, really? Where did you see a naturalized citizen, Wong, will not be revoked the citizenship if he/she lives outside of Canada? The oath of intent to reside happens BEFORE the citizenship oath. Thus, a false intent to reside could be construed as obtaining citizenship fraudulently, no? Alex has said very often that citizenship should be revoked from people who obtain it under false circumstances; how could swearing that you intend to stay in Canada (when you don't intend to), not be considered false? Why shouldn't Alex see Wong, who lives outside of Canada, made a fraudulent application? Therefore, the new law is ready for ALL naturalized citizens.
