10天前我在Manning Park過夜, 早上氣溫是3度。用了-7度的羽絨睡袋和羽絨睡墊。怕凍可以灌一瓶熱水放入睡袋內。近日氣溫在上升中, 晚上不會太冷, 但羽絨外衣必備。
